ARCLIGHT / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy notice.
How Arclight LLC handles information shared through this website and business enquiries.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Who to contact
Arclight LLC, Hunkins Plaza, Charlestown, Nevis, handles enquiries relating to its services. Contact info@arclightllc.co with questions about this notice or the information you have shared with us.
Information you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, email address, company, service requirement, preferred working arrangement, timeframe and message. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
How the enquiry form works
When you submit the form, your details are transmitted over HTTPS to Arclight’s website server and stored with an enquiry reference. We review submitted enquiries through a private inbox and use the email address you provide to respond. A success message confirms that the server received and stored your enquiry; it does not confirm email delivery or reading. Automatic email notifications are not currently enabled. Details typed into the form are not saved in browser storage by this website.
Why we use enquiry information
We use the details you send to understand and respond to your request, discuss a potential engagement and keep relevant business correspondence. Where applicable, this is based on steps you request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Hosting and email services
The website and contact service are hosted using Njalla services. Form enquiries are stored securely for review through Arclight’s private inbox. Direct email correspondence with info@arclightllc.co is handled through Proton Mail; your own email provider also handles messages you send. If email notifications are enabled in future, relevant enquiry details, including your name, email address and message, may also be forwarded to our Proton Mail inbox. These providers process information needed to supply their services under their applicable arrangements.
Website data, security and cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Its fonts and visual assets are hosted with the website. Hosting infrastructure processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network addresses, requested pages and timestamps, and may generate operational or security logs.
The contact service uses verification tokens, field validation and rate limits to reduce misuse. It uses keyed hashes of network addresses and email addresses for abuse controls. Raw IP addresses and submitted enquiry content are not stored in the contact application’s logs; the email address and other details you provide are stored in the enquiry so that we can respond.
Retention
The website contact service removes enquiry records and associated notification records after 90 days through automated cleanup. Verification tokens expire after two hours, and abuse-control counters are retained for 24 hours. These periods do not set the retention of hosting providers’ separate operational or security logs.
Copies delivered to Proton Mail are not deleted by the website’s automated cleanup. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable business or legal recordkeeping requirements. Information needed for an agreed engagement may be kept under the relevant contract and recordkeeping arrangements.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request a copy of your information or raise a complaint with a relevant data-protection authority. Requests are assessed against applicable obligations and any legitimate need to retain records.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our website or handling of enquiries changes. The date above indicates the latest revision.
